Griselda is the most poised, and professional broker I know. my boyfriend and I originally had plans to purchase a home, but due to the covid 19 restrictions, they unfortunately suspended all programs for people like ourselves who are primarily self-employed. it was a HUGE blow, as we have been preparing our ducks in a row for quite some time. she took a huge load off our shoulders by proving her diligence in finding us an immediate, and unexpected rental. Because of my husband's job, I have been moving for over 40 years now. The last two moves were unexpected. Simply amazing! Griselda is honest and professional. She came into the picture when I had little faith, and fully believed that I would never own a home. A previous realtor ran my credit and left me with nothing to go on. So I was wary of other realtors and loan officers for sure. As a single mother of two with a not-so-impressive income and a prior repo, It looked grim, but Griselda swooped in and saved the day!! Griselda is an amazing realtor she goes above and beyond, takes pride in her work, and loves her job.
